Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Log in on Android device A (with active reading list sync)
- Have a set of reading lists with articles inside them on Android device A
- Buy a new phone (😉) / Switch to Android device B
- Log in on Android device B
What happens?:
- An article in the exact same language and list appear as duplicates (and triplicates or more)
What should have happened instead?:
- An article in the exact same language and list should only appear once
- Limit lists to only show one article if it’s the exact same one to avoid duplicates
Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
- Latest Android version
Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
The screenshot shows some items twice others three times. Most copies one after the other except the case of "Edamame" for which two additional copies show below the fold.
