As a campaign organizer, I want participants who take part in Wikimedia events to agree to the terms of use, privacy policy, Universal Code of Conduct, and Friendly Spaces policy, so that I can make it more likely that the events are run smoothly and civilly.
Background: This is a follow-up to T309333. While we have already created a policy notification, we are updating the notification to provide more details, after consulting with various teams.
Acceptance Criteria:
- When a user is registering for an event with the registration solution, and if they are on a Wikimedia project, they should see the following policy notification: "By registering, you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Universal Code of Conduct, and any local Friendly Space Policy provided by the event organizers.β
