As a public user of Wikimedia Enterprise HTML dumps I have a suggestion that you provide also Template and Module namespaces dumps. The reason is that currently HTML dumps include metadata about pages as well: list of categories and list of templates/modules the page uses. For categories, there is a dump so one can resolve those lists against corresponding pages. But for templates/modules there is no such dump, so it is hard to know what those templates/modules are about. By having templates/modules pages in a dump, one could then extract from their descriptions/documentation what they are about.
