What sort of metadata?
According to http://web.archive.org/web/20111004151403/http://code.pediapress.com/wiki/ticket/804 , what's sorely needed is the ability to set a specific cover image/colour for a saved book; while (PDF) collection title is set by the saved book's page's title.
