In the minerva skin, on the revisiondelete page ('Change visibility... from page history), the 'Other/additional reason' field and 'Edit delete reasons' link go off the edge of the screen at narrow screen widths.

It should, like the Block reason field, fit to the screen width:

Reproduction steps

• Be a user with the user right to delete revisions (i.e. you can see the 'Change visibility...' button on page histories)
• Select a revision and click the 'Change visibility ...' button

Acceptance criteria

• When visiting the revision deletion page for a revision, the screen should have no horizontal scrolling due to overflowing elements.
