As a user on Android, I want to click a talk page notification and be brought to the most recent part of the conversation quickly but in a way that makes it clear what I should focus on, so that I can quickly respond but understand the context of the conversation.

When clicking a talk page notification to a thread that is long, the slow scroll takes a significant amount of time to get to the most recent update. (See video)

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• Behavior that is expected on apps (and mobile generally)
• Limit wasted time
• Less load on device
