Fix console logging of ElasticSearch queries

Description

We had a feature that prints ElasticSearch queries when ?debug=1 is in the query on Special:Homepage. That seems to have broken at some point, we should fix it.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Should be able to see ElasticSearch queries in the browser console when using ?debug=1 on Special:Homepage
  2. ....

Minor annoyance, but would be nice to fix.

🤦🏻‍♂️ there was nothing wrong here. We don't make client-side queries on page load to Special:Homepage, hence nothing is logged to the browser console. If you adjust the task type or topic filters, you'll see the search queries logged to the console as expected.
