Description

In T286466 we created the Special:Contribute page to provide an entry point for various contribution actions. This take covers the remaining work.

Acceptance criteria

  • The tab should not show if Special:Contribute is empty.
  • Deciding whether the tab should be shown on Special:Contribute will be configurable. By default the tab should not show on any skins. In future it should be possible to limit display to the Minerva skin.
  • The feature is enabled on the beta cluster.

QA steps

Testing will be limited to the beta cluster. Move to sign off when that's complete.
