In my as yet unpublished notes about these sections, I wrote "url (duplicated from basic for consistency of grouping)" for the url being displayed under the Usage section. The main reason was that I thought it would look funny if the toolinfo record has url_alternates populated without url being shown just before it. I suppose some logic could be introduced to only show url if we also have url_alternates to show if having url shown by default in addition to the "browse tool" button seems awkward or confusing.
