Currently doesn't place anything on talk page.

New behavior should be to place {{Old prod}} on talk page, similar to this Twinkle edit:

This will require a change to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:PageTriageExternalDeletionTagsOptions.js after the code is live on enwiki.

This wasn't needed since the enwiki file only overrides the speedy deletion tags. Example use: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:WUTY-LP&oldid=1125031793
