Description

As a first step to remove WebPageTest, make sure we test the same URLs with Browsertime/sitespeed.io.

The 8th of November we will have enough data to remove it, then we have Wikidata metrics for a month.

What we can do before that is to switch the alerts, let me do that next week.

I've changed the alerts now to using Browsertime. What's left before we can remove the two instances is change Wikidata and reading teams dashboards to use that new data instead of WebPageTest. When that's done we can safely shutdown the both instances.
