Description

This is a placeholder for tasks related to Pywikibot documentation improvements. For a description of the proposals around these, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:KBach-WMF/Collections/PywikibotCollection/Analysis.

This continues and expands on the work completed in T312992 in the previous quarter.

Outcome

This and related Pywikibot work concluded in September 2023 and resulted in the following:

  • Updates and improvements to the https://doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot theme and structure
  • Finalization of Help:Toolforge/Pywikibot (T134495)
  • Creation of SWT materials for two workshops, scoping of the remaining workshops work, and creation of templates for two documentation types (T327282)
  • Minor improvements to interlinking on Manual:Pywikibot and its subpages
  • Proposal for scripts documentation on MediaWiki.org (T346434)
