Requested by @Hey_man_im_josh in Discord. Looks like PageTriage auto watchlists AFDs, and possibly some other deletion tags. Let's look into that, and consider turning that off, or making it a setting that the user can control.
May want to read the Twinkle options page and use that setting, if it exists.

This needs to wait until the setting page/dialog is done.
The functionality was added as a result of an earlier ticket (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/PageTriage/+/24251) and I don't think we should change it without recourse.
