What happens?: The trash can icon is not shaded (or highlighted) in the page curation toolbar.

What should have happened instead?: The trash can icon is shaded (or highlighted) in the page curation toolbar.

Looks like the afd_status tag is not being set for AfDs. The only entries where this tag seems to be set are redirects.
