The annual Privacy Data purge for 2022 should take place during October. Since the 2021 purge largely did not happen, due to key staff not being available the 2022 purge will also cover data which should have been covered by that purge.

There are a few outstanding tasks which should be resolved as part of this purge.

• T207135: Review "rensningsrutin" related to employee and job applicant data Needs to be resolved since it is now (or in 2021 rather) 10 years since the first employee related records were created. With this resolved T235432: Update data purge instructions can finally be closed as well.
• We should ensure Scrive is fully handled. This covers resolving T256962: Add Scrive to Privacy documentation and T303815: Determine suitable data retention for Scrive

With the conclusion of this purge we should also handle T235732: Publish our rensningsinstruktion (can include 2022-presentation)
