Description

As a Product Manager, I want to understand how we can deploy an initial Copy Edit structured task to Growth Pilot wikis.

Description

Research and coordinate with other Engineers to determine a reasonable path forward for creating a Copy Edit API / backend.

Research's application in the self-service kubernetes app
Create some architecture diagram/graphic that helps us reason and communicate about the copy edit structured task proposed solution. Something similar to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Infographics

Acceptance Criteria

Coordinate with stakeholders to determine a reasonable architecture for the Copy Edit API / backend and create a diagram.
Determine the scope of work that a contractor might be able to help with (likely to make notebook into .py files and write unit tests)
Document decisions and answers in Copy Edit Structured Task - planning.

(Not all questions are going to be answerable at this point in time, but answer what is reasonable and document unanswered questions).

I just wanted to add a note here that although we will put Copy Edit work on hold for a period of time due to so many other competing priorities, I think we should still complete this task so that when we come back to this work we can review our thinking and architectural plans.
