Acceptance criteria

  • Create instrumentation spec based on the questions defined in T321229: [EPIC] Article tools instrumentation and measurement plan
    • How frequently do users pin the article tools menu?
    • How does the usage (how often do people click the links) of the tools within the article tools menu change before and after the new menu is available
    • What is the frequency of usage of the tools in the dropdown state of the menu versus the pinned state of the meenu
    • What is the frequency of usage of the collapsing mechanism within the menu? Do people collapse/uncollapse fairly frequently?

I have created a list of events that need to be tracked to calculate each metric, please find them in Col B in Instrumentation spec.

Please review and comment on whether we’re already tracking with existing instruments and if new instrumentation is required. Feel free to propose the new event names.
