In task T311889 we added the user email so we could use that in links to prefill support and contact forms.
This ticket is to add more user info so we can better customize the UI items for the user. These probably would also exist in the vue pinia object like the other user data.

Add:

1. array of APIs they have access to / pay for
2. on-demand requests available, allotted, && days left if they have paid monthly requests allotment

For 1: we know (at this point) all users will have Xqty on-demand requests (if zero then they no longer have access) and will always have 30-day snapshots. That said, it would be nice to know if somebody has access to daily snapshots or real-time/batch. Example usage: if Group >= 2, show XX in UI and have text info YY.

for 2: we can calc usage off those and better customize microcopy in dash and links to docs etc.
