We should stop showing items from the Denylist as suggestions.
We already reject edits from the Denylist in T318843, so it is bad to suggest them in the first place.
NOTE: This is low priority for the moment, because our Denylist is the same as the MachineVision API's. It becomes more important if/when ISA experiments with additional rules for Denying items.
