SX Publishing: Redirection to target article fails with "Bad title" exception

Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

Create a section translation (using SX) with target article that contains non-ASCII characters and publish it.

Here is a screencast of such a case in Greek (el) Wikipedia:

What happens?:
After successful publishing, the application redirects to an error page with "Bad Title" exception.

What should have happened instead?:
The application should redirect the user to the target page.
