As an organizer, I want to be able to register as a participant during an event, so that my contributions can also be tracked in tools like the Programs & Events Dashboard and so that I can have my dual role as both an organizer and participant properly represented in registration data.

Notes on priority: This is high-priority for V2, since we heard at least one organizer ask about this in V0 trainings and there is currently no workaround available for this in V1.

Acceptance Criteria:

• An organizer should have the option to also mark themselves as a participant in an event

Open question/ideass:

• There are different ways we could do this. For example, we could have a 'register' button or some way to specify that they are a participant when they configure/edit the registration form. This way, their contributions can also be tracked in the Programs & Events Dashboard, if there is a Dashboard event associated with registration.
