Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

enwiki
Edit a sandbox using visual editor
Type mw:Extension:PageTriage
Select and wikilink it using ctrl-k

What happens?:

It will change the suggested link to Mw:Extension:PageTriage

What should have happened instead?:

It should keep it at mw:Extension:PageTriage
