Per meeting with @dcausse today, we noticed some irregularities with the metrics that trigger the "Processing latency of WDQS_Streaming_Updater" alert.

This could be an alerting or metrics collection issue. Specifically, we are talking about - RdfStreamingUpdaterFlinkProcessingLatencyIsHigh metric. Looking in the grafana console, we saw unbelievably high counter values for this metric.

Creating this ticket to tune this alert and adjust our metrics configurations if necessary.
