This task represents the work of defining a strategy for how we will communicate and collaborate with the volunteers the Editing Team is centering in the project they will soon shift their focus to as well as the people who will be impacted by it.

- Senior Contributors who edit and patrol edits at the projects where new and Junior Contributors are editing most: English Wikipedia, French Wikipedia.

- People who are experienced with organizing events to help new and Junior Contributors get started with editing Wikipedia
