Our Tech Panel interview questions are leftover from the last time we did hiring. We should update them to reflect our latest team priorities, accommodate more junior candidates, and adopt a new rubric format.

• Update spreadsheet format to fit new rubric format
• Identify specific rubric items of interest for each question
• Ensure questions could equally be asked of more junior candidates, update rubric items to match
