We want to increase the number of e-mail recipients for future mailings.
Acceptance Criteria
- The newsletter opt-in checkbox below the e-mail address field is preselected.
- The notice below it consists of two paragraphs and contains a link to the privacy policy page.

Implementation details
- Add new translation keys for the two paragraphs in messages.json of the content repository.
- Set the store variable in store/dataInitializers.ts to true.
