Nicholas asked me today about the last visual change metric, and I think we should move on with this documentation, it would be a great start for the new members of the team too.

@larissagaulia: Hi, a good first task is a self-contained, non-controversial task with a clear approach. It should be well-described with pointers to help a completely new contributor. Currently it is not clear how a contributor could identify what exactly is outdated or missing, so I'm removing the good first task tag. Feel free to add back the good first task project tag once there are sufficient details what exactly has to happen where and how for any completely new contributor. Thanks a lot in advance!

@BAbiola-WMF I think the current documentation is outdated. I can take swing at it first to remove everything that is wrong and add new things and then we can look it together, would like to your eyes on them and help me make the page easier to understand.
