In the page footer on PDF export, there's a link to http://code.pediapress.com/

In Hebrew output, the default bidi system ends up putting the final / to the left of the rest of the URL, so it looks like /http://code.pediapress.com (see attached screenshot for context)

Wrapping the URL in explicit direction markers should resolve this pretty easily.
