Alerts did not fire, presumably because the transmission from appservers and reception by arclamp is unaffected, and the text format is still being published at https://performance.wikimedia.org/arclamp/logs/daily/.
The sawtooth pattern is now consistently remamping up to the very max. Given no SVGs being published, my first assumption is that the SVG rendering script is running out of memory and failing to generate and publish the "next" SVG that has a tracelog text file but no SVG yet (likey the last 26 Oct one, or the first 27 Oct one).
Further more, given growth overtime, I would expect later ones to fail as well. This is basically T315056: arclamp_generate_svgs OOMs but from being sporadic and sometimes failing and then succeeding later when the server is less busy, it now always fails.
