What happens?:
The ones that are highlighted in the screenshot can only be played once for Chrome and Edge 107. Playing it again comes up with an unable to play audio error.

What should have happened instead?:

Should be able to play audio over and over without an error for Chrome and Edge 107

This appears to be something specific about Example.ogg in particular, not Ogg Voribs files in general. In fact it cannot be played with VideoJS on Chromium at all: T326036: Example.ogg cannot be played on Chrome. But Phonos can play it once, so there must be something that can be fixed there.
