Description

Occasionally editors of an event requests to rename their accounts and these name changes take a few hours/days to reflect in the exported CSV. Including an extra column with the CentralAuth Global ID in the CSV should be simple and is useful to avoid potential conflicts.

This makes perfect sense. I've opened an issue for it on GitHub: https://github.com/WikiEducationFoundation/WikiEduDashboard/issues/5195

This is complete, and it's been deployed. Now the CSV for 'editors data' includes the global ID.
