Description

When "Image:Test''Apostrophe.PNG" does not exist, the first wikilink is changed to a upload link, but the linktext of that link is wrong, because the '' creates some italics.

What I don't know is why would you do this. :)

In any case it has to do more with the parser than with file management. Moving.
