That link is a redlink and there is no Developer account named "Jorgebyte" in the LDAP directory.

The only hit for "Jorgebyte" in Phabricator is this ticket.

I am assuming they'd like to regain access to the SUL account based on this sleuthing. :)

@RegulusPluto - unfortunately we will not be able to recover access for this account. I would recommend creating a new one. You can then mention the old account on the new one's user page, if you want to.
