Steps to replicate the issue:
- Open w:fr:Escalade_en_solo February revision with VisualEditor in Firefox.
- Double-click on the word exposés word, just before [pas clair] template: it is now selected.
- Press a letter on your keyboard.
What happens?:
Nothing.
What should have happened instead?:
The word should be replaced with the letter you typed.
Other information:
Firefox 102 (ESR) on Debian LXQT.
I don’t get this issue with Chromium.
Actually, in Firefox, you can select partially the template [pas clair]: that produces the same issue. Double-clicking on the preceding word probably selects an invisible part of the following template.
