Do you roughly know when the external communication will happen? I would like to include the information into our bi-annual research report (as I believe it is very relevant to many researchers working with Wikipedia data). We are currently preparing the new edition and thus I was curious whether it might happen before that ( around mid December). No problem if not, then I would mark it for the next edition. Thanks
