Description

WHEN I privately register for an event
AND click 'more details' to open the event details modal
AND the participant count is less than 5
THEN there is one less participant in that list than there should be

Testing with this event
Note that the list is correct in Special:EventDetails participant list

The code for that modal was not updated to support private registration yet. That would be T319452 and its subtasks, that @MHorsey-WMF is working on. I assume this bug will be fixed as part of that work.
