In T293182, we added GERecentChangesUnstarredMenteesFilterEnabled flag to disable the unstarred mentees filters in RecentChanges for certain wikis, where the feature was giving warnings.

In T318457: Enable "Your unstarred mentees" at the biggest Growth wikis, we fixed the underlying issue, which now allows us to safely deploy the filters to all wikis.
