Also track "Missing Value on Wikidata" decision in upload statistics

Description

In MismatchFinder, we're tracking how each Mismatch was resolved and are making those statistics available as a CSV-file. The new status that is being added as part of T323204, should appear in that file as well.

That CSV file can be downloaded at https://mismatch-finder.toolforge.org/store/imports:

It was added in context of T295759: review statistics for all imports

Acceptance Criteria:

  • the review statistics file has a new column for the new "Missing in Wikidata" status and reports the number of respective decisions in that column

This was done as part of T323204, and as far as I can tell, it’s already working: I downloaded a current CSV and it has a column for “missing” (all zero, of course).
