Reply button focus frame is cut off for indented buttons in mobile DiscussionTools.
To reproduce: Visit https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:The_Fighting_Temeraire?dtenable=1, click one of the indented "Reply" buttons, click "Cancel" in the reply tool.
