Right now when a recurring payment fails its in the recurring_smashpig_charge logs which aren't the best. Most of them are expired card but it would give more visibility to edge cases like T320286: Adyen audit changing the contribution_recur currency to USD in a chargeback (maybe)

Is it possible to grab the errors out of the logs and make another chart? If not some other way to make them easily checkable.
