Mismatch Finder should use the formatter option introduced in T323568 to automatically show the calendar model when formatting time values.

Given that value formatters generally ignore unknown options, and no non-time formatter is likely to use an option called showcalendar, I think we can keep it simple and add this option every time we call the wbformatvalue API, regardless of whether we’re formatting a time value or some other data (value) type.
