Description

Once the patch for T318264: Investigate Unpacking Ukrainian Analyzer is deployed and T322776: Deploy Ukrainian Analyzer Plugin is complete (i.e., plugin available on our prod servers), we need to reindex Ukrainian-language wikis to enable the changes and updates.

Summary: Small but meaningful decrease in zero-results rate (1 in 25 now get results), with ICU folding and homoglyph normalization (woo hoo!) creating the biggest impact! The updated dictionary helped recall, too.
