Reason: To the best of my knowledge, this project is hosted exclusively on the cloudvirt-wdqs hosts, which are only used by Search platform team.
Bumping up the instance count will give us the freedom not to worry about it in the future.

Can you tell me more about your specific plans here, and how this task relates to T324147 ? I don't think that project automatically schedules things on those special hosts, iirc it requires some by-hand operation on the part of WMCS staff.
@Andrew as far as the plans, we will need to build VMs on the wikidata-query project sometime in the future and we don't want to be held back by quotas. However, it's not a huge deal and we can always work it out later.
I apologize for my ignorance about the scheduler situation. I'm going to close this one out, but would like to schedule some time with you to talk about this one and T324147 if that is OK.
