Change the logo of Turkish Wikipedia for 20th anniversary of Turkish Wikipedia

Description

Hello, we are working on a logo for the 20th anniversary of the Turkish Wikipedia. Our community has also approved the use of the logo. Can you replace the existing logo with the following? (The logo must be visible between 5-25 December 2022)

Please change the logo as:
For the new vector: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Turkce-vikipedi-20-yas.svg
For the old vector: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:20th_anniversary_logo_of_Turkish_Wikipedia_04.svg

I changed the logo via the common.css until this task is completed.

Deployed. You are free to remove the code in Common.css.
Please re-open this task if the logo needs to be switched back.

Normally site configuration changes could be deployed only in some special time slots, so if there's a need to perform a config changes next time, please create the ticket at here in advance.
