In T323619: NewImpact: Introduce new design to existing newcomers via GuidedTour and Drawer we created discovery tours for users who haven't seen the new impact module. We'll also add another translation string for T324286: NewImpact: edits and thanks are capped at 1000.
In this task, we need to backport those translation strings, so that when we enable the feature, users in pilot wikis see localized messages.
