Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Application
2. Find an article with images
3. Refresh App/Article

Expected results

All images embedded in articles load

Actual results

Some/All images are not loading once app/article is refreshed

I was able to analysis/find this issue by using LDA modelling to look through User Reviews and this issue was listed many times by different users
