Description

Background

As part of IP Masking, temporary accounts are created for anonymous users. (See T300263: [IP Masking] Create temporary account on first edit for details.)

It is possible to block these temporary account via Special:Block, and the blocked user will see a message like this:

The message refers to an email address and user preferences, neither of which are available to a temporary account user.

Acceptance criteria

The block message is updated to remove the sentence about email and preferences, for temporary account users

@TThoabala I just wanted to confirm with you with the screenshot below is how you want it to look. Also wanted to let you know that when we tested in a different language (German), you see there are extra bullet points "*" along with an extra "." after the reason given. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that since it added lang=de to it due to the language change?
