Hello!

The Foundation's Communications department is requesting access for our new Web Manager, Sondes Ben Chagra, to have LDAP access such that they can access the Matomo/Piwik interface.

Their Wikitech account is Sbenchagra.

Hi, @EdErhart-WMF . There is no need to tag anyone- SRE has a clinic duty procedure in which someone on rotation attends LDAP requests every week. I suggest you to follow the documented procedure for them to get attended prompty, including using the template and tags to avoid unnecessary delays: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/1564/

If the request is urgent, or hasn't been attended after following the procedure after a few days, you can ping the person on clinic duty this week, which this week is @jhathaway

@Varnent apologies for missing this last week, it wasn't on the board we usually work off of and I missed the phabricator ping. Would you be able to update the request using the template linked by @jcrespo?

@jhathaway - Apologies - have added links to that template to our documentation on Office Wiki. Will update ticket with above. I think the LDAP group is staff - is anyone able to confirm?
