Description

This ticket proposes to increase the Machine translation limit to ensure that translators modify the initial machine translation by 20% in Czech Wikipedia (csWiki) before publishing the translation.
The decision is based on the WMF Language team's discussion with the csWiki's on the preferred approach to tackle poor quality translation in their Wiki.
