Ask for items at the DA Team Syncup
Add recent blog posts
Edit https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Technical_Community_Newsletter to link to latest edition
Use the newsletter page to announce the new page to subscribers
Send an email to wikitech-l mailing list announcing the newsletter to the wider technical community
Set up Phabricator task for next quarter (using the quarter project tag) and copy this checklist into its task description
Set up Phabricator subtask for next quarter for the Community Metrics section (example: T318494)
